CLEANING SYSTEM :
Firstly, all types of dust, separating agents etc. are removed at the infeed. The surface of the glass is then activated using demineralised H2O and the Swordwiper. The liquid will remain on the surface only between the 2nd and the 3rd cleaning stage. The surface will then be dried before it is cleaned again with a Sword Brush. The Sword Brush with the Ingromat system (micro-moistened filaments) safely removes any remaining fluff at the outfeed so, on leaving the Ingro-Washer, both sides of the flat glass are absolutely dry and clean of fingerprints.
